Just Heard This Today:
New USPS regulations require international parcels sent to the US have the customs documentation submitted electronically. So if you want to send anything to anyone in the US, be prepared for more hassle and time spent at the post office).

Are they requiring everyone outside the USA to have internet acess to ship?

Are they requiring everyone outside the USA to have internet acess to ship? I'm afraid all I know is what I Posted, it was posted by someone who regularly ships things from I believe the UK to USA. I think you need to contact your local post office in the country you are in to find out what forms are involved - it may be possible that the post office will do the filing for you at their end.
